Rajwadi Thali Chaat & Sweets - Fremont: Authentic Gujarati Thali & Chaat in Bay Area

This is THE place for Gujarati Thali in the Bay Area. While they offer other Indian dishes on the menu, their all-you-can-eat Gujarati Thali is what I always order. It's absolutely delicious--so much so that I always end up eating until I'm completely full. Finishing off with their Paan is the perfect end to the meal. Service is also good. Love this place.

I enjoyed their Gujarati thali. Space is huge. We had a big group of over 20 people and they accommodated it on a quick call before 1pm for lunch. They have 2 options in thali with one of them having an additional dish of desserts and chaats. Their basic bersion has plenty to keep you filled up. Servers keep rotating and serving from time to time frequently. Taste is amazing. I hope they open a branch in SF soon too.

We loved our food experience at Rajwadi Thali on the special occasion of Dussehra! The queue for Jalebi and Fafda was huge, which tells me how delicious and popular their snacks & sweets are. They have a beautiful decor and quick service. We tried their Unlimited Thali, which I totally recommend. The Dal Makhni, Khichdi, Kadhi, Dhokla, Aamras, and Shrikhand among other items served won me over. We also tasted Sev Puri Dahi Puri, which was refreshing and delicious! Perfect blend of chutneys, masala, and thick chilled curd. Will visit again for more tempting chaat items! Chole Bhature was heavy, crispy, and fullfilling. We specifically requested for just one Bhatura but you can have more in a plate. You can try the multiple options of fresh sweets they offer. Their Thali, Dahi wale Chaat, Pav Bhaji, Chole Poori and all the food items we have ordered have always been fresh, delicious and of consistent quality. Bhel puri was the only item we found to be subpar so far. Great spot for Gujarati thali & Chaat! A bit pricey, but hasn't gone wrong for us.

first time here and I absolutely loved the different flavors that comes in one plate. The service was actually impressive! the service was quick and the people serving were on top of it. They would make their rounds every other minute to accommodate our refills. The mango lassi drink was delicious and they offer desserts as well that comes on the plate.

I was here for lunch with one of my friends. One has to order at the counter before grabbing a seat. They do not bring the menu to your table. You order and pay at the counter and then grab the number for your table and accordingly your order will be delivered to your table. Since it was lunch time we ordered thali premium and it's unlimited. If you're hungry you should definitely try thali as the servers will keep coming to you asking if you need any item from thali to be repeated or refilled. We enjoyed it as it has rice, roti and puri besides having the vegetable curries and sweet dish such as aamras and shrikhand. The food can be on the less spice and sweeter side of it. You should try the chat as well. It can get crowded sometimes and you will see the empty plates with trolleys show up in the middle of the restaurant. Otherwise the ambience is good.

Delcious unlimited Thali's!!!!! My boyfriend and I had a an amazing time at Rajwadi Thali Chaat and Sweets. Since it's unlimited, you can literally get refills on anything! My favorite was their shahi panner, I love how creamy it was. I just ended up drinking it at the end haha With your unlimited Thali, it also comes with dessert! My boyfriend loved the mango ras!!! I highly recommend this place, not only was the food amazing. The staff was so friendly and very attentive. They came around bringing out refills of the thali's, roti's, samosas,... and more! We really enjoyed our executive thali which came with 6-7 type of curries, rice, sweets, dhokla, buttermilk and so much more. The best part was the fresh hot fulka(chapati) that was offered during the meal! Their service is top notch!! Highly recommend their Chole bhature and Dahi Puri too!! Bhatura's were so fresh and crispy with most amazing chole(definitely coming back just for that]. Dahi Puri was the perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and crispy! Don't miss out the Complimentary Indian flavored ice cream served on weekend with your Thali's!! It was delightful and perfect to end the meal. The location is perfect with ample of parking right outside the restaurant and the ambiance was gorgeous!! There's ready to eat snacks such as dhokla's and sweets which you can buy for home

I got to try this spot for the first time. I went around lunch time, The Thali I got was the Executive one. It was phenomenal! I love the curry and the desserts :) everything was delicious as I imagined. Aside from the Thali, The Dahi puri sev chaat is also my favorite! It's savory and crunchy ^^ def a must try if you are craving for a snack. I also got the Chole chana bhatura, it's a bit on the spicy side but it's pretty flavorful. The spices in this dish taste rich and so good. For the drinks, it comes with buttermilk and mango lassi. So refreshing! The food came in a timely matter, service was amazing and the staff is friendly and attentive. Love how everything is fresh and great quality c: I really like the decor of this place, it's eye catching and so beautiful. I recommend this place for everyone that loves Indian food and want to try Thali, definitely worth a try!
